Clinical Specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist providing Pilates Programmes that will help improve your posture, tone and strength.  I rigorously plan all of my classes and incorporate the latest healthcare recommendations for each class.  I provided postnatal rehab class for new mothers, exercise classes expectant mothers and a range of regular Pilates classes right from low back pain to Intermediate level.  Also offering Women’s Health Physiotherapy appointments (see Women’s Health page)
